Goods should be dispatched within three working days of ordering (excludes weekend and bank holidays). If an item is out of stock and we are unable to dispatch within five working days, we will advise you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order and offer you a full refund or a partial shipment of your order or an alternative product.
Should any item you purchase from this site fail to meet your complete approval please return it to us in original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the item’s cost excluding postage costs.
Pricing and availability:
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the pricing and availability information on the website, there are occasions when these are not up to date and we reserve the right to change them without notice.
Postage is calculated according to the weight of both the product and the packaging. In most case’s we use the Royal Mail’s second class postage service. We try to ensure that this is current and accurate but reserve the right to amend if necessary and may use a different courier such as EVRI.
Depending on your country of residence you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Wyvern Coffee Co, Royal Mail or any other independent shipping carrier can not be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by you. Wyvern Coffee Co has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Each country has their own Customs regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from Wyvern Coffee Co, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Each order will be accompanied by a Customs form that will document what is in the package and provide a GBP amount of the value of the package. If something is damaged, they will need to know the value of the item(s). You should contact your local Customs office for further information.

When you buy something from our online shop r your payment will be handled by Square, so we will not be able to see the full details of how you have chosen to make your payment or have access to your payment information. We will have access to your name, address and email address so that we can send you the products that you have bought, or get in touch if we require further information from you.
Our newsletter is a great way for us to share with you any new teas we have, our tea travels and any other tea related news that may interest you. We try to make every news letter interesting and engaging. We may send out a news letter approx. every 2-4 months, so you won’t be swamped with junk mail! You can of course unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by contacting us at email@example.com or by clicking the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the email.
