Taken to a very developed roast, this is a very rich coffee, with good body, low acidity, and dark chocolate notes.

‘EP’ stands for ‘European Preparation’, which sets a precedent both for the screen size of the bean (typically 15 and above), and the way in which the coffee is hand-sorted. Multiple smallholder farms pick and process their own coffee, using individually-owned wet mills, before drying the washed beans in the sun.

• All our coffee beans are heat sealed at the time of roasting. If ordering ground coffee, in order to freshly grind the coffee beans to your requirements, the first seal will be broken on the top of the bag at the time of grinding, the zip-lock seal will be closed before dispatch. This does not apply to unground beans.
