Taken to a very developed roast, this is a very rich coffee, with good body, low acidity, and dark chocolate notes.

A co-operative comprised of indigenous reserves in the Cauca region, CENCOIC has seen the political landscape of the area change drastically for the better, now being able to grow and export coffee without the threat of conflict. Grown amongst panela, a type of sugar, as well as plantains, pineapples, yucca and lemons, flavours which come through in the sweetness of the cup. A delicious coffee, which supports local families – brilliant!

• All our coffee beans are heat sealed at the time of roasting. If ordering ground coffee, in order to freshly grind the coffee beans to your requirements, the first seal will be broken on the top of the bag at the time of grinding, the zip-lock seal will be closed before dispatch. This does not apply to unground beans.
