Single origin, 100% Arabica, Speciality Coffee. Milled at Beneficio Santa Rosa, prior to Swiss Water Decaffeination process.
Decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process which removes more than 99% of caffeine, without removing any of the taster. This is all without any chemical element. This coffee is rich and nutty, with big notes of chocolate and praline, with a mellow body.

The Beneficio Santa Rosa Mill takes daily truckloads of coffee, in parchment form, from nearby farms and producers, with location tags to ensure traceability. Beans are prepared in the central mill, before being sent to the Swiss Water Decaffeination plant in Canada. Here, multiple variables are monitored throughout the process, which simply uses pure water and osmosis to achieve an end product that is 99.9% free of caffeine. Decaffeinated coffee, which tastes incredible!
- All our coffee beans are heat sealed at the time of roasting. If ordering ground coffee, in order to freshly grind the coffee beans to your requirements, the first seal will be broken on the top of the bag at the time of grinding, the zip-lock seal will be closed before dispatch. This does not apply to unground beans.
